Negative: Équipements de base non présents : Pas de verres, pas de passoire, pas de machine à laver ….
Frigo, cuisine sale, salle de bain indigne, presque insalubre

Les clés sont à récupérer dans un distributeur situé à 1,5 km. Compliqué quand on arrive avec trois valises…

Awful
Positive: The location which was close to family
Negative: We sent several emails to 2 nd homes in Helsinki.and information about the base of the toilet which leaked into the shower room, especially after the toilet began to be choked. You could flush it but it would take an hour or two to drain. Awful, awful awful. No response from you or 2nd homes.

Positive: The location was good.
Negative: The pillow was flat and uncomfortable, the toilet seemed semi-detached from the ground. It moved around when I was sitting down. Wifi wasn't working when I arrived and it took three days for the property manager to address the issue.
